Dear art lovers
You have discovered a site which presents works of contemporary Russian artists. The paintings, graphics and batiks were all created in the second half of the last century. They form a cross-section of art of the late Soviet Union, selected with the help of high-ranking Russian art experts. Many of the artists live in present-day Russia. The entire collection was legally exported from the Soviet Union to the Federal Republic of Germany at the end of the 20th century. Taking a look at the results of the Russian artists please consider the conditions under which they were created. With a click on the pictures to enlarge them.
